 To ensure the best printing quality for your custom tableware, we require vector artwork files. Preferred formats are .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or editable .PDF. Vector files allow us to scale your design without losing clarity. If vector art isn’t available, a high-resolution raster file (like .PSD or .TIFF at 300 dpi or higher at the intended print size) might be acceptable, but subject to review. Our custom order process is straightforward:

2. Quotation & Artwork Review: We’ll provide a detailed quote and review your artwork for printability.

3. Digital Proof: Once the quote is accepted and artwork finalized, we’ll create a digital proof (mock-up) showing your design on the product for your approval.

4. Approval & Payment: You review and approve the digital proof. Payment terms will be confirmed.

5. Production: Upon proof approval and payment confirmation, production begins.

6. Shipping: Your custom order is shipped according to the agreed method.
